10. Lost or Stolen Items

Jungle Gym Terms & Conditions
We are delighted to offer a jungle gym area for children’s entertainment. By allowing your child/children to use the jungle gym, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Use

The jungle gym is available for children aged 6-12 years old.

Parents/guardians must always remain present in the coffee shop while their children are using the jungle gym.

Children must be supervised by an adult while using the jungle gym. The coffee shop is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or any damage caused while using the jungle gym.

The jungle gym is to be used at your own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children’s safety during use.
2. Age and Height Restrictions
-
The jungle gym is suitable for children within the age range of 6-12 years old. Children outside of this range should not use the facility.
-
Children must be able to safely use the jungle gym equipment and follow any age or height guidelines displayed at the entrance.
3. Conduct & Behavior
-
Children are expected to play in a safe and respectful manner. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
-
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children use the jungle gym in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others.
-
Running, pushing, or rough play is prohibited.
4. Hygiene & Safety
-
Shoes must be removed before entering the jungle gym.
-
Please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the jungle gym (e.g., no loose clothing, scarves, or accessories).

Parents/guardians should inspect the jungle gym area for safety before allowing their child to play.

If you notice any issues with the equipment or safety, please notify a member of staff immediately.
5. Time Limit

To ensure all children have an opportunity to play, there may be time limits for use of the jungle gym, especially during busy periods.

Please be considerate of other guests and keep play sessions within reasonable time limits.
6. Liability

The coffee shop is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that occur during the use of the jungle gym. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of their children at all times.

By allowing their children to use the jungle gym, parents/guardians agree to release the coffee shop from any liability in the event of an accident or injury.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning

The jungle gym is regularly cleaned and maintained for safety. However, it is important that children use the equipment properly to avoid wear and tear.

If the jungle gym is closed for cleaning, maintenance, or any other reason, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
8. Right to Refuse Entry

The coffee shop reserves the right to refuse entry to the jungle gym for any child who does not adhere to these Terms & Conditions or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

In case of inappropriate behavior, parents/guardians will be asked to remove their child from the jungle gym.
9. Personal Belongings

The coffee shop is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the jungle gym area.

Parents/guardians should ensure that their child’s personal items are securely stored while using the jungle gym.
10. Changes to Terms

Event Venue Terms & Conditions
By booking our venue, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings at The factory Farm Stall and Venue,whether for private or corporate events.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Reservations
-
All bookings must be made in writing via email, phone, or through our booking system.
-
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been paid and you have received a written confirmation from us.
-
The booking is considered final only after the deposit is received, and the signed contract is returned (if applicable).
-
The factory Farm Stall and Venue reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
-
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
-
Full payment for the event is due 3 months before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-
Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
-
If full payment is not received by the due date, The Factory Farm Stall And venue reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
-
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.
-
Cancellations made 3 months before the event date will result in a loss of deposit but no further charges.
-
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.
-
Event Modifications: If you need to make changes to your event (e.g., guest numbers, setup requirements), please inform us at least 30 before the event date. We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable changes.
5. Guest Numbers
-
The maximum number of guests allowed for your event will be confirmed upon booking and is based on the capacity of the venue.
-
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 30 days before the event.
-
Additional charges may apply if guest numbers exceed the confirmed amount or if extra services are requested.
6. Venue Use & Restrictions
-
The venue is available for use only on the date and time specified in the booking.
-
All events must comply with local laws and regulations, including health and safety codes.
-
The Factory Farm Stall And Venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guests who are disruptive, intoxicated, or engaging in illegal activities.
-
No decorations, signs, or materials may be attached to walls, ceilings, or furniture without prior consent from The Factory Farm Stall And Venue.
-
Noise levels must comply with local ordinances and may be subject to time restrictions.
7. Catering & Alcohol
-
Catering services must be arranged through The Factory Farm Stall And Venue or an approved external caterer.
-
The consumption of food and beverages is strictly limited to those provided by The Factory Farm Stall And Venue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Alcohol may only be served by licensed staff and is subject to the venue's alcohol service policies.

If you wish to bring your own alcohol, prior approval must be obtained. Additional corkage fees may apply.
8. Equipment & Rentals

Any additional equipment or services (e.g., audiovisual, furniture, linens) must be arranged and confirmed with us in advance.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all equipment provided by The Factory Farm Stall and Venue used safely and correctly.

Any damage to the venue’s property or equipment caused by the client or their guests may result in additional charges.
9. Liability & Insurance

The client is responsible for the safety and well-being of their guests during the event.
-
The Factory Farm Stall And Venue is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss of property occurring during the event, except in cases of negligence on the part of The Factory Farm Stall And Venue.

The client must provide proof of event insurance covering liability for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during the event.
-
The Factory Farm Stall And Venue is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
10. Force Majeure

The Factory Farm Stall And Venue shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if the failure is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government regulations.
11. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Factory Farm Stall And Venue harmless from any claim, demand, or liability arising from the client’s use of the venue, including but not limited to any personal injury or property damage.
12. Parking & Access
-
Parking facilities for guests may be provided, depending on the venue’s location and availability.

The client is responsible for informing guests of parking arrangements.
-
The venue must be accessible for all guests, including those with disabilities. Please inform us in advance if special arrangements are required.
13. Right to Modify Terms

The Factory Farm Stall And Venue reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.

Conference Center Terms & Conditions
By booking and using our conference center facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for conferences, meetings, seminars, and other events held at The Factory Farm Stall and Venue.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Reservation
-
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email, phone, or through our online booking system.
-
A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract (if applicable).
-
The conference center reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
-
Bookings for events that require additional services (e.g., catering, AV equipment) should be confirmed 30 days prior to the event.
3. Payment Terms
-
A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your booking.
-
The full balance of the booking is due 30 before the event. If full payment is not received by the due date, The Factory Farm Stall and Venue reserves the right to cancel the booking.
-
Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
-
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
-
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Event Modifications: Any changes to the event, including guest numbers, room layout, or services, must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests, but some changes may result in additional charges.
5. Event Setup & Breakdown
-
The event setup time will be agreed upon during the booking process. The client is responsible for the setup and breakdown of materials unless otherwise arranged with The Factory Farm Stall And Venue.
-
The client is expected to vacate the premises by the agreed time, including removal of all personal items and event materials.
-
Additional charges may apply for setup or breakdown outside of agreed hours.
6. Guest Numbers
-
The client must provide an estimated guest count at least 30 days prior to the event. The final guest number should be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.
7. Catering & Food & Beverage
-
Catering services can be provided by The Factory Farm Stall And Venue or an approved external caterer.
-
All food and beverages must be arranged and provided through the conference centre unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
-
Outside catering or alcohol may incur additional charges or restrictions.
-
A minimum amount of money may be spent on catering, depending on the event size and requirements.
8. Equipment & AV
-
Audio-visual (AV) equipment and other technical services must be arranged with The Factory Farm Stall And Venue in advance. Additional charges may apply for AV equipment, setup, and support.

Clients must provide any special technical requirements in writing The Factory Farm Stall And Venue before the event.
9. Conduct & Behavior
-
The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and must ensure that they comply with all The Factory Farm Stall And Venue policies and local laws.
-
Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated, and The Factory Farm Stall And Venue reserves the right to remove individuals from the premises.

Smoking is not permitted inside the conference centre or in any indoor areas. Designated smoking areas will be provided.
10. Insurance & Liability

The client is required to have event insurance, including public liability insurance, for the duration of the event. Proof of insurance may be requested.
-
The Factory Farm Stall And Venue will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising out of the client’s event, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the venue staff.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Factory Farm Stall And Venue harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from their event, including any damage caused to the venue or equipment.
11. Health & Safety
-
The client is responsible for ensuring that their event complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.

The Factory Farm Stall And Venue will provide emergency exits and safety measures, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure that their event does not obstruct or interfere with these measures.

In the event of an emergency, the client must cooperate with The Factory Farm Stall And Venue and follow all emergency procedures.
12. Parking & Access

Parking is available for event attendees at The Factory Farm Stall And Venue ,subject to availability. The client must inform guests of parking arrangements in advance.

Any unauthorized vehicles or those obstructing access may be towed at the owner’s expense.
13. Force Majeure
-
The Factory Farm Stall And Venue will not be held liable for failure to fulfill any obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government regulations.
